Article 1 (Scope of Application):These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred
to as "these Terms") apply to the use of the digital business
card profile service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by TapitLink Inc. (hereinafter
referred to as "the Company") between the Company and users (hereinafter referred to as "Users").
Article 2 (Consent to Terms of Use): By using the Service, Users are
deemed to have agreed to these
Terms and the Company's Privacy Policy.
Article 3 (Prohibited Acts): Users shall not engage in any of the
following acts: Acts that violate laws
or
public order and morals, Impersonating others, Defamation, harassment, or infringement of the
intellectual
property rights or other rights of others, Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service,
Unauthorized reproduction or use of information from the Service, Any other acts that the Company
reasonably
deems inappropriate.
Article 4 (Changes, Suspension, or Termination of the Service): The
Company may change, suspend, or
terminate the content of the Service without prior notice to Users in unavoidable circumstances.
However, if
the Service is to be terminated, the Company will make efforts to notify Users in advance.
Article 5 (Disclaimer): Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross
negligence on the part of the
Company, the Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users or third parties due to the
provision, interruption, termination, or malfunction of the Service. The Company shall also not be
liable
for any disputes between Users or between Users and third parties, except in cases of willful misconduct
or
gross negligence on the part of the Company.
Article 6 (Amendment of Terms): The Company may amend these Terms as
necessary. If Users continue to use
the
Service after the Terms have been amended, they shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.
Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction): These Terms shall be governed
by the laws of Japan, and any
disputes relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having
jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office as the court of first instance.
